Fitness Squad Programmes

The fitness squad programme offers two pathways for teens and adults wanting to supplement other water sports such as water polo, triathlon and surf lifesaving, or to maintain a good level of swimming fitness.

Teen Fitness Squad

A squad available for teen fitness. These swimmers are usually involved in other water sports and choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.

Monday and Thursday 5.50am - 7.30am                                 Wednesday 530pm - 630pm

Saturday 7am - 8.30am                                                            Friday 530pm - 630pm

Water Polo Squad

A squad available for those training in water polo. These swimmers have a variety of sessions available in the morning and afternoon, with sessions often joined with the Teen Fitness Squad.

Masters Squad 

A squad available for adult fitness. These swimmers are often involved in other water sports or choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.
